Introducing the TEKA Illumination BKSSL® 1130 Path Light in, you guessed it,ALUMINUM! Recently, in a quest to make a more efficeint product, we updated our BKSSL® board from Philips® to Cree™. In doing so, we nearly doubled the lumen output! But we just couldn't stop there! Our next logical step...what else? Material!

In the lighting industry, you need something dependable, accessible and durable. Copper has been the staple of the TEKA Illumination product line for over 20 years. Now, with a little retooling and a lot of ingenuity, we bring you our 1130 path light in copper-free aluminum!

Copper is a heavier material that holds up as well as aluminum (when teamed with StarGuard®, our exclusive RoHs compliant, 15 stage chromate-free process prior to application of Class 'A' TGIC polyester powder coating!) when exposed to the elements. Expand your luminaire selection and take that weight off your shoulders. The new aluminum fixture is offered at a comparable price to the original copper version.
