In case you missed the news, B-K Lighting + TEKA Illumination are hosting an offsite bus tour of three The Lighting Practice (TLP) project sites during LIGHTFAIR 2017 in Philadelphia, PA. The first stop on our tour is the LDS Temple and you can read about it here.

The second stop on our Road to LIGHTFAIR trifecta is Park Towne Place Premier Apartment Homes, located at 2200 Benjamin Franklin Pkwy, Philadelphia, PA 19130.
Park Towne Place is a mid-century landmark residential community that sits adjacent to Philadelphia’s Benjamin Franklin Parkway. TLP was part of the design team responsible for the interior and exterior renovations including an interior lighting system for all public amenities areas, as well as the community’s exterior hardscape and landscape. B-K Lighting LED fixtures were chosen to illuminate the pool deck, surrounding tree grove and signature sculpture because of their range of lumen output, optical distribution and variety of mounting options. To accomplish the revival of nighttime beauty for Park Towne Place, TLP employed nearly 75 Denali Series™ flood lights, more than 100 ArtiStar™ flood lights, and 9 Denali Series™ uplights, all with LED sources.
