Sold out! We’ve filled two buses for our LFI 2017 offsite tour and we are excited to share Stop 3 on our Road to LIGHTFAIR!
Formerly the Philadelphia Four Seasons, The Logan Hotel has been transformed with a high-end, contemporary eye and includes modernized lighting inside and out designed by our partner on this LFI 2017 offsite tour, The Lighting Practice.
According to thelightingpractice.com, "TLP’s design guides guests along the main entry, reception and elevator lobby to their rooms. Dimming capabilities throughout the various spaces allow lighting levels to be modulated according to the time of day and the type of event taking place. While the lighting system remains consistent throughout the hotel, each space provides its own customized experience. Dimmable LED lighting in the spa creates a soothing environment to aid in relaxation, whereas more intense lighting in the fitness areas support the higher level of activity in these areas. Pools of light accent key areas on the new rooftop Assembly Bar without obstructing the view of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway."
As part of the project, seven Alpine Series™ (AP) fixtures and eleven ArtiStar™ Surface Downlights (SM-AR) fixtures by B-K Lighting were selected for a portion of the design based on TLP’s past experience with our LED fixtures providing consistent light output and color. In addition, the ability to dim the light was critical in allowing on-site adjustments for on-point illumination.
A special shout out to our partners for this event – The Lighting Practice – we couldn’t do it without you! See y’all in Philly!
