The building was designed by Ruscitto/Latham/Blanton Architectura along with Paul Stoops, an Upsilon BKU alumnus who served as the lighting design specifier on the project. Construction of the building was done by Sawtooth Construction, Inc of Ketchum, Idaho. The building was awarded LEED® Gold certification in 2008, winning 44 points out of a possible 69 points.
