Sloan, who currently serves as President, brings nearly 25 years of experience in lighting industry manufacturing and sales to the position.

Sloan began his career with B-K Lighting in 1995. He has held positions in Assembly, Machine Shop, Purchasing, General Manager of TEKA Illumination, Manufacturing Engineer and Manufacturing Manager at B-K Lighting. As President of B-K Lighting + TEKA Illumination, he has expanded product innovation, improved business operations, and developed internal manufacturing processes for continual improvement to ensure sustained success.
